Stakeholder identification

ITRI attaches great importance to and listens to the voices of all stakeholders, and through discussion and review by the members of the "Organizational Sustainability Committee", the Organizational Sustainability Identification Office and various working groups, the internal and external groups or individuals that have an impact on the operation activities of ITRI and cause a certain impact, follow the five principles of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES): Dependency, Responsibility, Influence, and Tension/AttentionThrough the key management level of sustainability, 40 questionnaires were issued to conduct a stakeholder identification survey, and after statistical scores, seven categories of main stakeholders (sorted by weight) were identified after review: government units/competent authorities, employees, enterprises/customers, public associations/industry alliances, academic and research partners, suppliers, communities/social welfare groups, and subsequent major theme analysis will also refer to the stakeholder human rights score for identification.
